All the I9-9900k’s are the older stepping regardless where you get it from. The stepping revisions just happened and it takes months before those cpus are boxed. The New Steppings will also be the 9900k’s that turbo all cores to 5ghz (not because of the new stepping). The stepping revision Intel did was so their enterprise systems and formats would stop issues with PCI lanes. The 9900k never had that issue.

Please try again later.im pretty educated with pc parts but the RO and PO i have no idea what that means but this is one of the newest and probably best processors from intel as of now but i will say the i7 9700k is like 100$ cheaper and just as good all this processor will do is give slightly more power from what i can tell
