Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5After searching for a while benchmarks and YouTube videos, I went from i5 9600k to i9 9900k . Just running stock clocks .. amazing . Some games used to give me some kind of throttle but with this beast . Everything is a breeze. I know some people is going to be , oh way you didn’t go with AMD . I know the new gen from Rayzen are amazing , but is way to expensive to do that jump . I just stick with the big guns from intel , for a couple years .

2020's end game

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Pros mentioned:For gamesCPU utilization is well optimized, as this CPU can stream, game, and stay under 75%. In fact, I left a game open once, and had 2 games running simulataneously. Still worked fine; the only reason I knew I had 2 games open was not because of a performance hit, but instead just seeing the other game open. I run this with a Noctua NH-D15 air cooler, as I'm not a big fan of water cooling. Temps are well in line w/ this cooler. If you go w/ this cooler, make sure to get Low Profile RAM. I used 32GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX; non-LP RAM WILL NOT fit! Purchased this RAM from BBY as well!

I9 vs Girlfriend comparison
|Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Features
Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use4 out of 5Is it hot? Yes, the I9 and a girlfriend are hot. Does it make you poor? Yes, the I9 and a girlfriend will make me broke. Compatibility? I9 is LGA1151 compatible but a girlfriend is dependent on horoscope. Over clock? I can over clock the i9 but not a girlfriend. Resale value? I9 is good for resale value. Releasing a girlfriend is illegal to sell. Performance? I9 is excellent but a girlfriend can only be tested after marriage. 9/10 would recommend an i9 3/10 would recommend a girlfriend

Q: QuestionWill you offer an extended warranty with this product? How long and how much? What will the warranty cover?

Q: QuestionWhat does octa core mean and is the able to do 5Ghz and if so how do I make it get to 5Ghz
Asked by MellowYello.
- A:Answer It means it has 8 separate cores, and if it has the capability to be overclocked. in other terms it means to make the processor compute faster then its normal clocked rate. it is possible, but i would recommend having someone that is knowledgeable to do this for you. cause you could crash and damage the processor

Q: QuestionGrandson into gaming requested this for Christmas, his parents sent the request to us. Grandson is 13 and does not have the knowledge to build a gaming PC himself. Is this item something that can easily be used in an existing gaming system?
Asked by Lila.
- A:Answer This part must be plugged into a compatible mother board. You must first determine what mother board is in the PC he uses to game. If his mother board is compatible you’ll only part way there. Is the power supply compatible? Will the existing cooling solution be big enough? Your best bet is to visit a local computer repair shop that sells computers. Take them the computer and if they’re a reputable shop they’ll help you upgrade the computer. If it’s possible.

Q: QuestionThis says it will fit an LGA1151 MB. My HP MB is supposed to be a Socket type: LGA1151_CFL, and the HP website compatibility list does not include any i9's. The highest the HP list has is Intel Core i7-9700F 3 GHz. Which one please?
Asked by JVJBassMan.
- A:Answer JVBassMan, Although the socket is LGA 1151 and literature states that the Intel Core i9 will mount, the Max TDP on your HP Motherboard is set at 65W. The Intel Core i9 TDP Rating is 95W. Configs won't allow the max. That is why the max Processor listing on the HP Site states the Intel Core i7-9700F as top Chip. Thank you for choosing Intel

Q: QuestionDo I need to purchase separate thermal paste to install this or does it already have some on it?
Asked by BOHICA.
- A:Answer Hi Bohica, the Intel Core I9-9900K boxed processor does not come with thermal paste and would need to be purchased separately. Best Buy does carry thermal paste and can be found on their website here https://www.bestbuy.com/site/cleaning-equipment-kits/repair-kits-compounds/pcmcat331600050015.c?id=pcmcat331600050015&qp=distilledfeatures_facet%3DCustomers%20Rated%20Highly%20For~Thermal%20paste Thank you for choosing Intel.

Q: Questionwill this work on a acer nitro 5 ???
Asked by MOY.
- A:Answer No It will not work. Most modern low to mid range laptops cpu's are soldered to the motherboard and cannot be upgraded. Sorry but that's the way it is.
