The name Coffee Lake is an internal Code Name used by Intel to identify products that are in development that has not yet been released to the general public. Once that Intel Product is announced to the public, it will be recognized and released with its commercial product name, such as the Intel Core i9-9900K. As for the designation Octa-Core, that is the description of how many Cores this Processor has; 8-Cores
