• This unit comes with a full version of Windows 8.1 64 Bit. You can access any WiFi signal as long as it is open or you know the password. It also has Bluetooth built in too.

• The HP 11-d001dx has 802.11b/g/n wireless which should connect to your Wi-Fi.

• Yes, but you cannot use it on any other wifi but the wifi in your personal home. It will only work on personal wifi, so you can't connect it to any type of wifi that you don't own, especially public wifi. I hope that wasn't a serious question.
