• My iPhone 7 is in an Otter box. Works just fine. Not sure about the belt clip though. I’d say that if the clip is thinner than 1/4-inch or so, it should work.

• No it will not fit securely with the clip attached. I personally had a clip added to the back of my previous phone case and it didn’t work well at all. Had to get a new case and it works perfectly now
