A:Answer I have an I-Phone 7 in a case with a pop socket towards the bottom of the case. I have no problem using the mount, but I did have to turn the phone holder portion upside down as there is a rest meant to be at the bottom edge of the phone. The rest won't allow the mounts arms to grab the phone properly. With the rest flipped to the top side, my pop socket doesn't interfere with the arms being able to hold the phone. Even without the rest, my phone is very secure in the mount.
