“Did they fix the threshold issue? We had the S9+ and it vacuumed great but when I bought the mop separate it couldn’t go over our thresholds. I really want to get this one but I’m afraid it’ll be the same situation.”

The mopping works pretty good for individual rooms. If you have a threshold, you might want to make sure there is a no-mop zone between rooms on the electronic map. Other words, place a no-mop zone over the threshold so the robot picks up the mop when it approaches the threshold and places it back down after the no-mop zone.
