• I would say no. It is meant to use the bag to dispense with the collected material.

• No, it can not be separated and you must use the associated bag. The good news is, that as you remove the bag from the unit you are pulling on a tab that seals the bag and keeps the dust in the bag.

• No, the Clean Base cannot be used without the Allergen Lock Bags in place and cannot be separated from the charging base.
