“How to fix the mapping. It starts then goes back to dock and back and forth? We tried resetting and even took the battery out for hard reset recommend by a technician but nothing has helped. Messed up after the warranty expired”

I wasn't satisfied either, I don't like the quality and how easy it is to break the brushes, I don't think I would buy it again.
