Mine says there is no bag I have pulled the bag put in a new bag still say no bag very frustrating was the reason I bought for the self empty. Anybody else have this problem?just got it today so far not happy! null

So far I have had no problem if I were you I would call the company.

Please make sure the bag is securely inserted, and press down on the lid making sure it is firmly closed. If issues persist, please contact manufacturer support at 1-877-855-8593.
