I had this problem at first, then discovered I had to hit the start button on the vacuum one more time.. Try it again, follow the directions instead of your intuition.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to make sure your phone is connected to whatever network you’re connecting the vacuum to during setup. So make sure your phone is on the 2.4 network before you do setup...don’t be on the 5 network with your phone and try to get the vac on the 2.4 network. Hope that helps!
