Yes, the USB-C to 4K HDMI Cable will work on a iPhone 15 Pro Max with support of up to 4K @ 60 Hz. However, the maximum resolution on the Dell U2414H monitor is 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz. You will need to use this video cable directly to your iPhone via USB-C and HDMI end to your HDMI Dell monitor, no daisy-chaining in between.
