A:AnswerHi Bholu- Yes this is possible, though we kindly suggest to keep your Earbuds inside the charging case if they are not in use. Thank you so much!
A:AnswerHello Iaza- at this time we do not recommend you pair your Jabra Elite 65t directly with a computer as it is optimized to be used primarily with smartphones or tablets running either iOS or Android. While many of our users have found success pairing their devices to their computers, this is not something that we officially support. For this reason, we cannot guarantee device performance or provide support for performance problems that may result.
A:AnswerHello Rere, Thank you for reaching out! The Jabra Elite 65t has a volume button on the left earbud. When you use the right earbud by itself, the volume will be controlled by the phone.

A:AnswerHi Sher- Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee full functionality when sharing your Earbud with your husband while riding a motorcycle. The Left Earbud of the Elite 65t has to be in range with the Right Earbud to function properly. The maximum range between the earbuds is 20cm/8in. Please feel free to use the Right Earbud independently. You can play/pause by pressing the multi-function button or by pausing from the phone. If you use the Right Earbud independently, the volume has to be controlled from the phone, and you have to skip tracks from the phone (since you aren't using the Left Earbud). The Right earbud is where the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the Elite 65t is hosted. The Left Earbud is then connected to the Right Earbud through a different kind of connection (not Bluetooth), and that's why the Left Earbud will not work independently (since it doesn't have a Bluetooth connection with the phone). Thank you for your question!
A:AnswerHello- The Jabra Elite 65t is designed to pair with smartphones and tablets. Some users have been successful but connecting an Elite 65t with a computer is not supported by Jabra: https://bit.ly/2M9nu6h.
A:AnswerThey should fit snug at first and over time they may loosen up but if you don’t twist lock them in your out ear canal then this will tend to happen. If your outer ear canal is unable to accommodate then maybe a different model or the sport version with the locking wing may help.
