“Hi! I'm having trouble connecting my laptop (Dell Latitude) audio through my new earbuds. They successfully pair with the laptop, but I can't "connect" my audio through them for some reason (they don't show up as a device choice). Any thoughts?”

HI KMS- Jabra devices are designed and engineered to provide sound quality for calls and music listening. They are optimized to be used with other Bluetooth devices such as Smartphones/Tablets.
