A:AnswerYou may consider investing in one of the higher wattage designs. The 290 is better for more basic usages. For instance this would not power a coffee machine.
A:AnswerThis is a high amount of current for a device. You will need a significant sized power station to run this for long periods of time.
For example, the Jackery 1000v2 can hold approx. 1500whrs of power. But, to run that device at 6.67 amps, it will only last about 1,5 hrs.
You should consider the Jackery 2000 or 3000 for that situation.
A:AnswerDear customer, the Explorer 290 power station typically provides AC and DC outlets for powering or charging various devices, but it's essential to understand the specific requirements of your 48V e-bike battery. If your 48V e-bike battery can be charged using a standard AC charger, you may be able to use the Explorer 290's AC outlet to charge it. However, you should ensure that the wattage and voltage requirements of the e-bike charger are compatible with the power station.Thank you.
A:AnswerSorry, just took it out for it's maiden voyage, and only pumped up air mattresses, and charged phones all weekend long. It did a great job with those two items.

A:AnswerBuy another one..this thing is very small, about the size of a lunch box. Not heavy at all. You could put a gps tracker in it, but it is better to keep it locked up and use long cords I bring mine in the house when I don’t need it outside. So I can use it if a Florida thunderstorm takes out my power. I put it in my shed and hook in my solar panel to run my lights and a fan and some chargers. I can leave it locked in the shed or I can remove the 2 cords( solar panel and power strip) and take it in the house with me. I can lock it in my car but I don’t like leaving li-on batteries where they might get too hot. Might not be an issue but I don’t want to risk it
A:AnswerThanks for reaching out to us regarding this question.
Can I plug and ps5 and gaming monitor into it?
Explorer can not support play station 5 and the gaming monitor; It can only offer 200W output.
We recommend you buy Explorer 1500. It can run for this about 3 hours; Explorer 880 for about 1.7 hours.
The power for Play Station 5 is 350W, gaming monitor is 121W.
Together it will be 471 Watts.

A:AnswerThanks for reaching out to us regarding this question.
Is there a way to hook multiple solar panels to this unit, and can it handle multiple solar panel units?
This is not designed to hook multiple solar panels. Even if you connect panels together, it will not decrease the charging time because of the current and voltage limits

A:AnswerDear Customer,

A pellet stove is an appliance that burns wood pellets as a heat source.
The wattage of a pellet stove can vary, depending on the model and its efficiency rating.
A good range for average models to look at would be around 13-18 watts per hour (WH).
You can use it for 11.6 Hours.
We recommend you buy at least E550, some of the pellet stove needs more power at the start, and E290 may not support some model.

A:AnswerFrom the manufacturer - No, you cannot jumpstart a car with a Jackery Power Station. But you can charge a car's battery with a power station. So you can use your Jackery product to get the battery charged enough so that you don't need to jumpstart it.
A:AnswerDear Customer,

It is not recommended that you power your garage door with the E290. The power of the general garage door motor is 200w-500w, which may exceed the continuous output power of this product. You can expect our products with larger capacity and power
You can choose E1500 and above products to power your garage door, which can ensure that the motor at the door is on standby and will not lose power
