A:AnswerMine did exact same thing the second time I used them. Now left is almost out completely. I think defective. I got them in April for birthday. Only used them a handful of times, but tried tonight and couldn’t get the left one to stay on. Crackled and would only get sound if I moved them, and only for a couple of seconds. I have to go through manufacturer as Best Buy only has 15 day return policy......good luck.
A:AnswerHold the power button down on both ear buds until they blink red and turn off. Place them back in the charger for maybe 10 seconds. Remove them without pressing any buttons they should power on and sink themselves. Go into your devices bluetooth menu and select them and you should be good to go.

I find when I remove them, and place them back, sometimes one is quiet compared to the other.
By moving the bud slightly, the sound levels balance out
A:AnswerYou can find the manual online easily enough...when you take the earbuds out of the case double click both of them to put them in pairing mode then they should stay blue for a few seconds then in your phone pair them to jam ultra

A:AnswerYou can connect both earbuds to your phone at the same time. When you listen to music, it plays thru both earbuds at the same time. During phone calls, it only uses one earbud.

A:AnswerYes, they do light up red even when the case is not plugged in, because it can charge the ear buds several times before charging the unit case again. The holding case can also charge a phone if you hook it up to the USB port for one charge prior to recharging the case-battery.
A:AnswerSad no ones answered this yet. With any BT headphones expirencing this issue, run the earbuds battery out completely and the same with the case that charges them. When all are completely drained completely, recharge all three....boom
A:AnswerIt will only connect to one earbud it will not play music on both it loud and i like that but i what the to connect to both of them but they won't i would have to connect to another bluetooth setting to hear from the other one but when i connect to it i would have to disconnect from the one im hearing music from to use the other one i just wont to get what i paid for i want to keep using jam and buying from the brand.

always good to charge your ear piece everyday for a least 2 hours (prior to your daily activities) the charge last at least 6 to 8 hours daily.
A:AnswerTake them out of the case and hold them close together. watch the blue lights they will flash rapidly and then stop that pairs them together. thats the way they work
