Yes all up 24 alarms are set through the app, please note it only vibrates and does not make a sound when an alarm is triggered

Yes, you can set a silent alarm to vibrate at a given time (bedtime) in the app.

Yes. You set the alarm through the app.
Swipe left from the main screen, or tap the band in the upper right corner. Tap the "Smart alarm". Set your wake up time, and window.
If you want to be woken at a specific time, then choose "OFF" for the smart alarm window.
The band vibrates to wake you up.

Yes you can. The alarm vibrate. And you can set a lapse that you wanna wake up. For example, I want the alarm for 8.00am, and a lapse to wake up between 7.50 and 8.20. The jawbone will pick the best moment to wake you up! It's really fun!
