Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.According to the news, the rollout for the up 3 is delayed until at least Fall 2015, possibly later. The Janine company is apparently having financing problems in regards to production of the bands. I think they're trying to use better materials so the trackers last through rough users, since they have a long warranty period and the other Up trackers aren't overly durable.
