They're chepaer because they come with smaller packaging and dont have the memory foam ear pieces and they only come witg medium and large rubber inner ear pieces.

Also only 3 sets of fins XS, S and M instead of 4. Also the length of cord is not adjustable. Hope that answers your questions.
