• That's great that the intent was to create a more natural call experience, but that call eperience is pretty horrible. Hard to hear, can't adjust call volume.

• That is another weakness of these buds. Calls can only be taken with the right earbud; the left is only useful for listening to audio that is not related to calls.

• Thanks for taking the time in asking. Our JBL Free will automatically switch to mono mode on the right ear when the call starts. After the call ends stereo music mode will automatically resume. Voice calls will only come through the right earpiece for a more natural call experience.
