“Hi, my left earbud keeps periodically ringing. There's a ringing sound coming from just the left earbud when I connect to my phone and play my music. It goes on even after I press the pause button and stops later. Is there any way to stop it? Thanks!”

I have not heard any type of ringing, while pausing, playing music or anything like that, maybe the pair you have is a defective pair. Have you reached out to Best Buy, or the manufacturer?
