The left side of the earpiece has no sound although it lights upand reacts accordingly when I press it. What is the problem? (It's like it is muted and no sound come out of it)
P. S. The right side is working fine and it is not because of Bluetooth null

The left ear will not work without the right ear. Major let down. I returned mine.
