“The left earbud is not charging or turning on unless I press it in the case, but it stops after a while too. How can I fix this??”

• I had this issue too and found that the rubber boot that keeps sweat away from the unit is what was causing the issue. Make sure that the boot is positioned correctly and not blocking the contacts. Since doing that I haven't had any issues with them.

• Please clean the charging contacts and terminals to have a good connection between the earbuds and the charging case.
