I've charged my buds up overnight. I get on the plane expecting them to work, NOT. I take the left bud out of its case. It lights up blue, as it should. The right one, lights up, but not blue. I know that both need to sync up in a blue mode. Not happening null

If you haven’t already, take the right bud out first, let it connect and then the left. Mine usually connect automatically in a few seconds after taking them out of the case

Our JBL Free X is designed to work in pairs. The right bud is dependent on the left bud. You can manually sync the earbuds by tapping on both of them three times. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support so we could try other steps.
