It is important to use the right size ear tip to get them to seal tightly over your ear canal. If you fit them properly they will not fall out easily. They come with small, medium, and large ear tips. There are also gel sleeves in sized medium and large included that can help provide a tight fit for rigorous activities.

Definitely not good. They couldn't stay in my ears for weightlifting, so I'd imagine they'd be falling out constantly while running.

terrible. i tried all 3 sizes and other random pieces from other headphones and none keep them in my ears. they only way i have been able to use them is with a headband or a hat/bandana over my ears. i would not recommend these to anyone.

These are not the best if your head is bobbing around a lot. They don't have any hooks or brackets to ensure they stay put.

Not great. They will fall out for sure. Get a set of wired Bluetooth headphones for this, or maybe the Bose sound sport truly wireless. I like the reflect contour 2. Cheap, good sound.
