It is important to use the right size ear tip to get them to seal tightly over your ear canal. If you fit them properly they will not fall out easily. They come with small, medium, and large ear tips. There are also gel sleeves in sized medium and large included that can help provide a tight fit for rigorous activities.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.terrible. i tried all 3 sizes and other random pieces from other headphones and none keep them in my ears. they only way i have been able to use them is with a headband or a hat/bandana over my ears. i would not recommend these to anyone.
