“What speakers compliments a 2017 Jetta S? The ones i have right now are not to great. Looking for something better. Also, follow up question, would you guys be able to install them?”

You need to check crutchfield.com for fitness. It seems yours are 5 1/4” speakers. My Jetta 2019 has 6.5” ones. From that, you can see what fits. Stick with coaxial for simple installation and about $70 per pair at Best Buy. Good luck
