“I just got a new JBL Xtreme2 for Christmas and have had it charging now for about 4 hours. All five lights are solid, and remain solid, but the power on button is still flashing white, are all lights supposed to be off when the charging is fully complete?”

Yes it is normal todo that once the speaker is charged at maximum
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should download the JBL Connect app on your phone. It has a battery level indicator on the app and all you have to do is open the app up while your connected to the speaker and it should connect. It will show you the battery level, and you can download updates for the speaker software as well through this app. But the lights should turn off when the speaker is done charging.
