“At work, Bluetooth is disabled on my PC. So I was wanting to know if I can use the USB A - C charger cord to connect this headset to my work computer? I cannot figure out how to get the Aux - C cord to work as speakers and a mic at the same time.”

• The headset comes with a USB cord to audio cable that will connect to the headset and sued as a wired connection.

• You can enable the mic function via the app you're using. Also, check your device manager to see if the mic is being detected.
