“People say when I walk around with headset I sound like I am at the end of a tunnel. I am within 20 feet of the computer with no walls in between. Any suggestions?”

• I had this issue as well. If you’re using for work I’d suggest reaching out to IT because the microphone isn’t connected you are connected to the computer microphone. Check the sound settings on your computer.

• Make sure your audio settings have the GO Work selected. Sometimes devices will use its default microphone instead of the GO Work when first connecting.
