• Yes, you can. You would manually hit your mute button on the headphones. As long as they are already connected before you take the call then yes, you can be muted before you take the incoming call.

• JLab GO Work Wireless Office Headset does not have a feature to pre-mute the microphone before an incoming call arrives. You'll need to manually mute the microphone once the call starts.
