Yes, it can do Bluetooth or dongle. You can actually set it up on 2 devices with Bluetooth and move it between the 2 devices. Device 1 set up on BT1 location on bottom of mouse and Device 2 set up on BT2. You could also put the dongle in Device 3 and push the button to that when using that device. So 3 devices, 1 mouse.

Yes it can. Although my performance seems better with the dongle but that is probably more about my laptop Bluetooth than this mouse itself
