“But this as open box sale. It's missing plug to back of radio. Sales says all I need install kit and wire hardness adapter. When I set my apointment to install it will they give me the plug?. Open box label says no missing accessories.”

You need to buy the plug; they do not provide anything other than the installation. You can find additional components on Amazon.
