Can you install this in a 1998 Ford f-150 null

We installed this in a 1999 Ford F-150. 1999 will accept a double din radio, but there were some things to cut out to make room for it. It is not as simple as just replacing the radio.It took about an 1 1/2 hours to install. I would look on YouTube to see if there is a video install for a 1998.
