A:AnswerIf your current radio dims with the console dimmer knob, then it should work. This radio will not dim in my 2016 CR-V so at night it’s super bright. My OEM radio has its own dimmer and does not react with the dash dimmer knob.
A:AnswerThere is a usb port in the BACK of the unit. It requires a 1 meter cable, which I assume is snaked around to the front/exterior. Not sure how that works or where it comes out. See 850BT manual, page 92. But no, there is not a front usb connection socket in the front panel. I would have the cable installed in the back at installation, just because it would probably be a pain to connect it after the fact.
A:Answerin order to use google maps you need to install android auto if you have a android or apple play if you have an apple phone, then you need to plug it in to activate either android auto or apple play. with out those apps it does not run maps or waze without it.
