This JVC is small and versatile, i found plenty of threaded holes in the case to allow mounting with the old brackets from the oridginal system.
My unit fits so well, that no one noticed i had a new radio.

Yes, if you buy the appropriate installation kit & wiring harness. The installation kit will make the radio sit cleanly in the larger area the factory radio sits in, and the wiring harness will allow it to connect without cutting any wires on the jeep side (you will have to connect the wires from the harness to the harness that came with the radio- in a pinch you can twist them together and cover with electrical tape.)
