Does this fit an Insignia model NS-40D420NA18? null

so far I have put 2 insignias on this mount. 24 and 32" no problems, holes line up the same on both. the kit comes with several screw, bolts, arm extenders that all mount on plate for various size tvs. i would say yes. just check mount plate against tv first, if it didn't i am sure you could return it.
