When mounting a Large Flat screen, what is the appropriate Elevation for the Screen on the wall? null

I think it is somewhat personal preference and where/how you’ll be viewing. I mounted mine at 54” to bottom of screen because we are using it in our home gym with Peloton App in front of BowFlex bike as well as normal viewing. If you google it, I think there are some calculators for mount height based on distance away from screen
