I don't see why it wouldn't work on the Sharp. Of course, Sharp wants you to buy THEIR wall bracket. This one comes with very adjustable mounting pieces and various size screws to fit a variety of tvs. I was able to attach with just screws and no extra mounting pieces. Looks like your Sharp has the 4 holes to mount it with. Good luck. Go watch the video online.
