• Comes with all necessary hardware easy install used it on my 43" TV

• anthony, Your TV has a compatible 400x400 VESA pattern and is under the weight limit of the M300, should work great! Not too sure what bolts your TV uses but we supply various lengths and widths of screws to accommodate most TVs.
