Will it tilt up and Down? I have a Samsung 32" null

no and i wish i had known that it says full motion but it is not you cannot tilt it up or down but there is a lever on back that you can adjust to tilt it down about 1/2 inch if that and then tighten it back up

The M300 will tilt back two degrees and tilt forward ten degrees. Most Samsung TV's will work but feel free to contact us directly using the support button on our website with your TV's full model number if you'd like us to confirm compatibility.
