- Answer We recommend that you reset the unit by pressing the small button on the top left side with a paper clip or ball point pen. You may also inspect you speaker connections.

QuestionEvery time I cut on my car the demo shows and the time never saves...any suggestions??? I don’t want to have to set the time every time I get in my car. How do I get the demo to stop coming on??? HELP!

- Answer Did that fix it? Mine does that too but saves display and home screen choices and smart phones. But not radio presets or equalizer settings. Maybe my wiring was wimpy, but does not usually happen to me as i pull on all connections that I add when installing... Hope you see this...

QuestionIn my Best Buy search, I included HD Radio and Device Charging. This unit came up in the search. I do not see these functions under the 'Specifications' tab. Does this unit have Device Charging and HD Radio??

- Answer Sorry, the DDX376BT does not support HD radio. It will charge your device via USB (max power supply current: 1.5 A/DC 5V).
