You really not going to need a massive amp for them my rule of thumb is 30%-50% of the peak wattage of a speaker this way you still get plenty of sound and reduce the risk of blowing the speaker out. So if you have a 300w peak I would go with a 75-100 amp because you still have to take into account for the power coming from the radio itself
