The Kenwood DMX5710S can be used with a backup camera, but it is not directly compatible with a full 360-degree camera system (e.g., the one built into a 2016 Kia Sedona) without additional modules or interface work. Your Kia has multiple cameras that each require an input an then your system stitches those images together to create one 360 image. This receiver has a single camera input, so it will not accommodate multiple camera inputs.
