The difference between a Cappuccino and a Latte is in the frothed milk For a cappuccino, the frother starts with 4 oz of milk, and froths it to be approximately 50/50 milk and froth. For a Latte, the frother starts with 6 oz of milk, and froths it to be ~20-30% froth. We hope this is helpful!
