Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine gets hot and unless you have had the coffee pot on prior to making a cup, it takes a second or two for the lights to light up, but they do not stay on after the cup is made.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine works great with really hot coffee. I'm guessing something is wrong internally i would recommend taking it back to get a new one or fixed.
