- Answer Yes, the frother comes with the machine. Do not overfill, as it froths up pretty good. Overspilled on my first try. I didn't see the guide lines inside the frother...I use the lowest guideline now.

QuestionHow do you empty the internal water tank on this model? I do not see anything in the user manual. I would like to know for when I need to go on business trip / vacation. Thanks.

- Answer Thank you for your question. Once your K-Latte brewer has been primed, you cannot empty the water from the inside. If you need to store your brewer, empty the removable Water Reservoir and store your brewer in a safe and frost-free environment. Please be sure to store your brewer in its upright position to avoid water leakage from the inner tank. If your coffee maker has not been used for more than one week, you should purge the water from the inner tank by running 3 cleansing brews without a K-Cup pod. We hope this helps!

- Answer Thanks for your question. Our Coffee Makers do not dispense cold beverages however, Keurig makes brewing over ice easy! You can use any of your favorite pods. Here are directions: fill a 16-oz cup with ice and place under brewer (do not use glass), choose the 6-oz. or 8-oz. option on your K-Latte coffee maker, brew directly over ice, stir, and enjoy! We hope this information is helpful!

QuestionCould you please tell me if the cleaning and descaling kits that I've seen recently being sold are compatible with this particular machine or would it be best to stick with white vinegar only. I don't want to chance damaging it. Thank you.

- Answer All of the cleaning solutions are compatible. For the descale you have to empty the reservoir of water make sure there is no k-cup loaded, fill the reservoir with the solution and add water til you reach the max line on the reservoir, put a large cup under the drippier and run 10 oz twice, The add water light will come on leave the remain solution in the reservoir and let sit with the unit on for 30 mins. Then empty reservoir and run clean water at least 4 times using the 10 oz setting. That is it you are done. For the cleaning k-cups just follow directions.

- Answer Absolutely you can use flavored creamers. The only thing it doesn't do well is heavy cream (too thick, the motor struggles)

- Answer I would not put the frother in the dishwasher as it has an electrical contact at its base and it could rust over time and cause an improper connection and will not operate.

- Answer Fill the up with milk o line and press he button, when light goes off pour into your espresso mix. Note, be sure to clean frothing cup right away, preferably using sprayer at sink with hot water to remove the skimming of milk left behind especially within the heating element.
