Short handle filter Why didn't mine come with one? null

Thank you for your question. The K-Latte coffee maker is compatible with the Keurig Short Handle Water Filter Starter Kit, however, it is sold separately. This is an optional accessory and not required in order to use the coffee maker. We hope this helps!

Not sure what that means. This unit has NO filter. Does have a short handle where K-cup goes but not a carry handle or other.

If you are referring to the reusable K-Cup, it is an extra item you have to purchase separately.
