The Blackberry KEY2 LE is a GSM unlocked model, however it has been certified by Verizon BYOD, the device is not CDMA unlocked, that is the reason why it is not compatible with the Sprint network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The KEY2 LE will work on CDMA Verizon network because the IMEI is pre-loaded into Verizon's system. It cannot work with Sprint, because it is not loaded into their system. The KEY2 LE is only certified for Verizon and not Sprint. Hope this helps. The only device that was certified for Sprint was a KEYone for Sprint. This is no longer sold and it may be difficult to find one from Sprint or any Best Buy store.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, the phone does not work in CDMA network, thus it can not be used on Sprint carrier.
