Hello, KICKER here. If your car is equipped with the standard audio system, and not the premium, then yes, the KICKER CS 6x9 speaker will fit your factory opening. In order to not cut your factory harness, you will need to purchase a separate speaker adaptor harness (similar to this, check Best Buy for fitment, https://www.bestbuy.com/product/metra-speaker-harness-for-select-2002-2023-jeep-dodge-volkswagen-ram-multi/J7RX7Y8KC4).
