“I have a 44L7s122 subwoofer. I checked every voice coil with a multimeter and I get a reading of 3.4 on each voice coil. When I wire the subwoofer in series 4ohm I get a reading of 6.6 at the terminal. Is that ok or is the sub a 4ohm?”

Its a 2ohm in parallel or 6 ohm in series
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I wired it in 4ohm parallel and got a reading of 1.7-1.8 and I called kicker and they confirmed I actually had a 4ohm subwoofer. Im glad I tested the sub with a multimeter. Kicker needs to start labeling the sub if they are 2 or 4 ohm. They previously did but aren't in this model
